Getting Started
Step One:
Get a Code

After chatting with one of our team members, you'll be sent an email with a six-digit sign-in code. With your code, you can continue your signup on desktop or via the MYIO app.

Step 2:
Enter Your Code
From the MYIO app or Desktop Link, enter your 6-digit code. Following this, you can continue the sign-up process.

After completing the sign-up process, you can use your custom username and password on subsequent logins.

If you are having issues with your code, contact our team and we'll send you a new one!
Step 3:
Complete Your profile
Complete your user profile! Here you'll pick a username and password you'll use on subsequent logins (whether on desktop or the app). You'll also verify your email during this step.
After verifying your email, you'll be asked some bio questions and can upload insurance and payment information.

After that, you're all set! We'll be in touch about your next appointment.
