Ashley Hiné

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Ashley Hiné is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) at Red Sands Psychiatry, where she serves patients across the lifespan in all areas of mental health. In addition to her experience as a mental health provider, she served for over ten years as an acute and long-term care nurse, providing her with rich expertise in patient-centered care.

Ashley attended nursing school at Chamberlain University. After which, she spent the next ten years working as an emergency department nurse in multiple states, serving vastly different patient populations for various hospital systems. During this time, she became aware of the significant disparities in healthcare, particularly in psychiatry/mental health. Witnessing this inequality motivated Ashley to become a part of the solution in providing equal, affordable, and safe patient-centered care for all. Accordingly, she returned to Chamberlain University to further her education, where she earned her MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) with a specialty as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Ashley is friendly, driven, and resourceful. She believes in a person-centered approach to care - no cookie-cutter or blanket coverage approach is in her repertoire. She works with patients as a teammate, providing resources and tools along the way while encouraging patients to take an active approach in forging ahead on their mental health journey. Her primary goal as a mental health provider is to inspire others to care for themselves, to believe in themselves, to love themselves, and to share who they are with the world. She strives to provide individual care for each individual.

Cameron Debuck

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Cameron Debuck is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner —Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) at Red Sands Psychiatry. He specializes in serving patients with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, and more. He proudly serves patients across the lifespan.

Cameron is approachable, relaxed, and kind. He believes in holistic, evidence-based care that utilizes a multidisciplinary team and a unique treatment plan for each patient, prioritizing their mental health and well-being. He is detail-oriented and wants to know the small things that make your life a little better and the little things that cause you grief. His care plans are adaptive, meaning a patient's treatment plan may change as goals change.

Something that fascinates Cameron about mental health is that it is so different for everyone. People come from various backgrounds and have had different life experiences. He loves to meet people where they are and hear their stories for what they are. He doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all care. He sets goals and treatment plans based on the needs and unique preferences he discovers when getting to know each patient.

Amy Robinson

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Amy Robinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Red Sands Psychiatry, specializing in Child-Centered Play Therapy with an Interpersonal Neurobiological (IPNB) approach.

Amy is trained in FLASH, Sand Tray, and Expressive Arts. She is currently under RPT (Registered Play Therapy) supervision and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Realization) certification supervision. She eagerly anticipates completing both certifications in the Fall of 2024.

Amy attended the University of Utah for her undergraduate studies, after which she enrolled in Fordham University's School of Social Work program to pursue a Master's degree. She developed a passion for children's mental health due to several factors. While at the University of Utah, Amy served as a Guardian Ad Litem for several years. In her personal life, she raised a blended family of nine and worked with kids in the foster care system for numerous years. All of these experiences involved working directly with young people and helping them thrive, which solidified her interest in children's mental health.

Amy is a thoughtful, warm, and motivated mental health provider. Her markedly client-centered care style focuses on providing education and resources to help her clients improve their daily functioning. Amy firmly believes that clients have the solutions to their own problems and just need direction and tools to achieve their goals. She works closely with children and families to help them overcome their challenges, meet each of their goals, and get the most out of their daily lives.

Kimi Sherratt-Endter

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Kimi Sherratt-Endter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Red Sands Psychiatry, providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic Interventions, Solution Focused Therapy, and Grief Therapy.

She specializes in the focus areas of women's issues, couple/family therapy, parent + child relationship issues, death & dying, chronic or catastrophic medical diagnosis, and First Responder care.

Kimi received her undergraduate degrees from Dixie State University and Utah State University. In 2009, she graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah. Her education was completed later in life, with most of it finished as a single mother to two small boys, one with a diagnosis of Autism. Kimi is relatable, trustworthy, and kindhearted. She believes there is no "cookie cutter fix" to mental health and will work with each client individually to develop goals and a care plan. Kimi tries to help her patients understand that all emotions and feelings have a time and place, and we can't simply sweep them under the rug. Her care centers on trust and rapport; she strives to build both with each of her clients but recognizes that a client will know right away if they can't develop those things with her.
